Which shirt should I choose?
Choose a premium soft tee for a lighter, easy everyday feel. Choose a heavyweight garment-dyed tee for a more structured silhouette and substantial hand. Product descriptions identify the shirt style and available colors.
How do I choose the right size?
Compare a shirt you already like with the measurements on our Size Guide. Measure garment width and length on a flat surface, then choose the closest match. If you prefer a relaxed fit, consider sizing up.
When will my order ship?
Your shirt is produced after purchase, then transferred to the carrier. Production and transit are separate stages. You will receive tracking when the carrier accepts the package; visit Shipping & Delivery for the latest guidance.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact orders@vezzup.com immediately with your order number. We will help when possible, but changes are not guaranteed once production has started.
What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?
Email orders@vezzup.com promptly with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging. Our support team will review the details and explain the available resolution.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because each item is produced for the individual order, eligibility depends on the issue and item condition. Review Returns & Exchanges before sending anything back, and contact us first for instructions.
How should I wash my shirt?
Turn the shirt inside out, machine wash cold with like colors, and use a gentle cycle. Avoid bleach and high heat. Tumble dry low or hang dry, and do not iron directly over the printed graphic.
Will the printed color match my screen exactly?
We work to present each design accurately, but screen settings, fabric color, garment texture, and the printing process can create slight differences in color and placement. Those small variations are normal.
How does the How Do I Look preview work?
On supported product pages, choose a stock model or upload a clear photo to create a visual styling preview. The preview is a creative guide—not an exact guarantee of garment fit, scale, color, or print placement.
Can I send a shirt as a gift?
Yes. Enter the recipient's delivery address at checkout and double-check it before submitting the order. Prices and order communication remain connected to the purchaser's checkout details.
