TERMS OF SERVICE — PRE-LAUNCH DRAFT

These terms govern use of the Vezzup online store. The store is currently in private pre-launch setup. Additional business and jurisdiction details must be reviewed and completed before public launch.

1. ONLINE STORE TERMS

By using this site, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation, security, or other users. You must be able to enter a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to place an order.

2. PRODUCTS AND DESCRIPTIONS

We aim to present product colors, measurements, and descriptions accurately. Displays vary, and made-to-order products may have minor placement or color variations. Final garment specifications will be shown on each live product page.

3. ORDERS

An order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, or cancel an order for reasons including availability, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or legal restrictions. If we cancel after payment, we will refund the affected amount.

4. PRICES AND PAYMENT

Prices, taxes, shipping charges, supported payment methods, and currency are shown at checkout and may change before an order is submitted.

5. SHIPPING, RETURNS, AND PRIVACY

Our Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy are incorporated into these terms. Please review them before ordering.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Vezzup names, logos, artwork, photographs, graphics, and site content are owned by or licensed to Vezzup and may not be copied, reproduced, sold, or used commercially without written permission.

7. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The store may rely on Shopify, payment providers, Printify, print providers, carriers, and other third parties. Their services may be subject to separate terms and availability.

8. PROHIBITED USES

You may not use the site to violate law, infringe rights, transmit malicious code, collect data without authorization, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt the service.

9. DISCLAIMERS AND LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by law, the site is provided on an as-available basis. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties, remedies, or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

10. CHANGES

We may update these terms by posting a revised version. Material changes will apply from the stated effective date as required by law.
