How to measure

Chest width: Lay a well-fitting shirt flat and measure straight across from armpit to armpit.

Body length: Measure from the high point of the shoulder down to the bottom hem.

Sleeve length: Measure from the center back neck across the shoulder and down to the sleeve opening, following the product chart method.

Choosing between sizes

Compare your measurements with the exact chart shown on the product page. If you prefer a relaxed or oversized look, consider the fit description and sizing up only when the garment chart supports it.

Made-to-order fulfillment

Vezzup products are planned for made-to-order production. Once the live collection opens, each product page and checkout will show the available shipping methods and current estimates for the selected destination.

Processing and delivery

Production time and carrier transit time are separate. Estimated delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by product availability, peak periods, weather, carrier delays, customs, or an incomplete address.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout after the order is handed to the carrier. Tracking can take time to update after a label is created.

Address changes

Review your shipping address carefully before submitting an order. If you notice an error, email shawn@vezzup.com immediately. Changes are not guaranteed after production or fulfillment begins.

International orders

International availability, duties, taxes, and customs charges depend on the destination and will be confirmed before launch. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, the customer is responsible for charges assessed by the destination country.

Pre-launch policy

This policy will apply once Vezzup begins accepting orders and may be updated before launch to reflect the final print provider, garment partners, and applicable law.

Made-to-order products

Vezzup products are produced for each order. Because of that made-to-order process, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, color preference, or ordering the wrong size. Review the product description and size guide before ordering.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Contact shawn@vezzup.com within 30 days of delivery if an item arrives damaged, has a production defect, or is different from what you ordered. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the claim and, when approved, arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

Do not mail an item back without instructions

Return addresses vary by fulfillment partner. Items sent without prior authorization may not be received or credited.

Order cancellations

Contact us immediately if you need to cancel. We cannot guarantee cancellation after production begins.

Your rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
